Good Week

It's been a good week.

Cardio Exercise - 3 Times/Week YES
Strength Training - 2 Times/Week YES
Taekwondo Practice - 2 Times/Week YES
Stretching - 5 Days/Day YES
1500 - 1850 Avg. Calorie Intake/Day YES

I weighed 204.3 at the end of last week. Today, I weigh 201.6, for a one week loss of 2.7 pounds. I also had a recent best 1 mile run of 08:35, meeting my goal of a 1 mile run in 9 minutes. My next time goal for the one mile run is for 8 minutes.

Next week, I plan on running my first 3 mile run since last summer.

Nothing builds confidence and momentum like a productive week.
