Things Are Going Very Well!

I've been so busy lately that it's been difficult finding time (and energy!) to post. Nonetheless, things have been going very well. For the second week in a row, I've completed all recurring goals:

Cardio Exercise - 3 Times/Week YES
Strength Training - 2 Times/Week YES
Taekwondo Practice - 2 Times/Week YES
Stretching - 5 Days/Week YES
1650 - 2000 Avg. Calorie Intake/Week YES

Last week, I ended up weighing 207.6 pounds. I have ended this week at 205.6 pounds, a loss of 2.0 pounds. I've lost 2.7 pounds for the month, putting my monthly goal of 5 pounds lost pretty much out of reach, barring a stellar final week.

I set a new consecutive push-up best of 39, 11 short of goal.

I passed testing for my 1st degree black belt on Saturday. My Taekwondo schedule will change around, and I'll have to figure out how it fits into my overall exercise plan.
